- Habilitation (University lecturer's degree) in Experimental Allergology (Medical Faculty),
- 10 years own R & D activities on a national and international leading level (including one national research centre and two university hospitals),
- 9½ years working in the pharmaceutical industry,
- Project Manager, Group Manager, Senior Manager, Vice President, CEO,
- International experience in U.S.A., Denmark, Slovakia, European Commission,
- Business contacts in over 50 countries all over the world,
- Bodies and association work (e.g. 6 years Chairman of German Pharmaceutical Industry Association's Research & Innovation Committee),
- Managing up to 130 employees,
- 31 publications, numerous lectures, 3 patents.
